Our Projects

Each building tells a story. Here's what we've been working on - from bringing old factories back to life to shaping brand new neighborhoods. Yeah, we're pretty proud of this stuff.

Riverside Mill Complex
Industrial Heritage

Riverside Mill Complex

Turned this 1892 textile mill into 120 loft apartments without losing what made it special. Kept the original timber beams, exposed the brick, and honestly? It looks better now than it probably did back then.

Hamilton, ON 2024
Junction Tech Hub
Commercial

Junction Tech Hub

Six-story office space that actually makes people want to come to work. Green roof, tons of natural light, and a facade that changes character throughout the day.

Toronto, ON 2023
Liberty Village Expansion
Urban Mixed-Use

Liberty Village Expansion

Created a whole new block that actually fits the neighborhood. Ground-floor retail, residential above, and public spaces where people hang out. You know, the way cities used to be built before everyone got car-crazy.

Toronto, ON 2024
Distillery District Warehouse
Heritage Preservation

Distillery District Warehouse 9

This one was tricky - had to convince the heritage folks that our interventions were reversible while making it work for modern gallery and event space. Lots of steel and glass that clearly reads as 'new' while respecting the old bones.

Toronto, ON 2023
Queen West Townhomes
Residential

Queen West Townhomes

Eight townhouses that fit into the streetscape but aren't trying to fake being Victorian. Clean lines, big windows, private courtyards. Modern living that respects the neighborhood vibe.

Toronto, ON 2024
Eco-Commerce Center
Sustainable Design

Port Credit Eco-Commerce

Net-zero retail and office building. Solar panels, geothermal, rainwater harvesting - the whole nine yards. Turns out you can do the right thing and still make it look good.

Mississauga, ON 2023
City Hall Plaza
Municipal Infrastructure

Brampton City Hall Plaza

Redesigned the whole civic square to actually be usable year-round. Water feature in summer, ice rink in winter, and seating that doesn't feel like punishment. Sometimes it's the simple things.

Brampton, ON 2024
Bank Tower Restoration
Heritage Restoration

Old Bank Tower

1920s bank building that'd been covered in cheap renovations. Stripped it all back, restored the limestone facade, and found the original marble under layers of drop ceiling. Worth every hour of detective work.

Kingston, ON 2023
Lakeshore Residence
Modern Residential

Burlington Lakeshore Home

Custom home that makes the most of lake views without screaming "look at me!" Lots of wood and stone to ground it, huge windows where they matter, privacy where it counts.

Burlington, ON 2024
St. Lawrence Market North
Urban Commercial

St. Lawrence Market Expansion

Added to one of Toronto's most beloved buildings without messing up what people love about it. New vendor spaces, better flow, but kept that market-hall energy that's been there since 1803. No pressure, right?

Toronto, ON 2023
Junction Brewery
Industrial Adaptive Reuse

Junction Craft Brewery

Old machine shop turned into a working brewery and taproom. Kept all the industrial character - exposed trusses, concrete floors, crane rails - and let the brewing equipment be the star. Function as form, basically.

Toronto, ON 2023
Parkdale Condos
Urban Residential

Parkdale Mid-Rise

Eight stories of actually-affordable housing that doesn't look like an afterthought. Decent-sized units, balconies that work, ground floor that engages the street. Proving you can build density that people actually want to live in.

Toronto, ON 2024
Church Conversion
Heritage Conversion

Trinity Church Studios

Converted 1880s church into artist studios and gallery space. Those vaulted ceilings and stained glass? Yeah, we kept 'em. Added a modern insertion for services without touching the good stuff.

Guelph, ON 2023

Got a project in mind?

Whether it's breathing new life into an old building or creating something from scratch, we'd love to talk about it. We're always up for a challenge.
